That's strange. I have crafty 18.11 here on my Linux PC. The CPU is an Athlon
900. crafty has been compiled with gcc-3.0.1. I use 64 MBytes hash, 32 MBytes
pawn hash, all 1-4 men tables and the important 5 men tables.
I stopped the search after >12 minutes. Crafty had a fail low there at ply 19
but still didnt show a draw score. Can somebody please confirm this result with
a non-chessbase 18.11 crafty?
