How exactly can you tell how strong a program is by playing anything less than 40/2? Also isn't the Speed Handicap kinda like if i went to a Tournament and i was able to use any Opening Book and My Opponents Couldn't, To Boot I get more time on my clock? Nobody has justified this yet..... good luck
