ICC already has that.  The problem is that a good player won't play every
move suggested by the computer.  Or he will test his move to make sure it
isn't tactically losing, even though the computer doesn't say it is best.

That is the common way of cheating that makes it much more difficult to
catch, since no program will match many of the moves.

I think the world of chess has changed...
