Perhaps it would be helpful to explain the exact conditions which lead to this
problem.
1. Is it playing online, OTB Human/Engine, Within the interface but not-online
engine verses engine?
2. Is it a certain time control that exhibits this behavior?
3. If online, is it on all online servers or only on certain ones?
4. Tiger comes in many shapes and sizes. Is it the version that comes with
Chess Assistant? The version that comes with Rebel? All of them?

This sort of detail may be very helpful. If you can clearly describe a scenario
in which the problem can be reproduced, then the programmer can locate the
problem and fix it.
