In this case somebody EMailed the moderators to complain about an insult to a public company. Just because Club Kasparov (or ChessBase or Microsoft) are companies, doesn't mean people can just insult them as they like. Your sample size is too small - you site only one case either way. We have the Moderators that we most voted for, and we had full access to their moderation policies befor we voted.
