Moderators can be moderated too, they are members.

I doubt if anybody would EMail the moderators to complain about an insult to Sam
Sloan.  But if You had, maybe the post would have been removed.

In this case somebody EMailed the moderators to complain about an insult to a
public company.

Just because Club Kasparov (or ChessBase or Microsoft) are companies, doesn't
mean people can just insult them as they like.  Those insults are still
offensive

Your sample size is too small - you site only one case either way.

We have the Moderators that we most voted for, and we had full access to their
moderation policies befor we voted.  Make a note of the Moderator you are
complaining about, and DO NOT vote for him next time.
