Your results are consistent with ChessFun's.
Look at: http://www.geocities.com/chessfun_1999/light.html
(the main page of the site is http://www.geocities.com/chessfun_1999/ but you
have to scroll to the bottom and click on "The best" to find these rating lists)
You'll see that it is impossible to say from Hiarcs 7.32 and Deep Fritz which
one is the best at that kind of time controls.
If you are looking for something stronger than Hiarcs at 3/0, look at the first
4 of the list.
