English translation of the last 3 paragraphs (from Babelfish):

Played with initialization specification (Noomen) and repetition with exchanged
colours.

One considers the series between the 13 and 21 portion: 8:1 for F7! On the other
hand the first and last 8 portions ran almost balanced.

On tournament level it seems to become closer, against Gambit tiger is it at
present balanced to 5:4 for Fritz7, against Deep Fritz is appropriate for F7
scarcely in the back (like so often against a predecessor engine).


...although I think he meant games 23-31, not games 13-21, were 8-1 in favor of
Fritz 7.
