You are not the only one to get stellar speed indexes, but beware that they are
not real.

This is explained in AfterBurner's doc: it is related to the way the PLL (the
electronic device that generates the processor's clock frequency) works.

When you overclock too much the PLL starts to generate LOWER frequencies. But
the timer adjustement believes the frequency is really what you have programmed.
So the performance measurement is completely screwed.

If Chess Tiger's clock is way off (check with a real stopwatch), then you have
overclocked too much and your performance index is not real. Lower the MHz until
Chess Tiger's clock and the stopwatch agree.
