I already did post the same problem with Century on the chess forum

It is by the way a big fat lie that dos is dead it still lives in xp
But it it hided use an other file for io.sys and the problem is solved you will
have 100% dos again
I only don't have a cleu when this file will come out but this is oly a matter
of time
One simply reason that does still exist is a the way you have to install xp is
in dos-mode and it would not start up with a black screen
Or did they should have use unix now as head os
The very bad thing about windows is you loose more and more control
And Microsoft want you to think it is the other way around
Like Windows runs on dos
And Microsoft want you to think it is the otherway around
And I already have seen more bleu screens then in 3 years Windows Me

Mcafee is also on te list of working AV

And if you own a nvidia based videocard the xpversion from there website is a
good upgrade
Which is ofcourse www.nvidia.com
And also sub systems with AV from Mcafee or Norton
For now i still hang on with 2 Operating systems

Maybe it is best to install win95 again hehe
