Microsoft is not so dumb as to ignore the millions of people who don't have an Internet connection. You can call a 1-800 number to activate XP, too. Site licenses are done differently, too, so you only have to activate the site. I wouldn't be surprised if product activation works after you install a proxy client, too, to get through your firewall. Remember, you have 30 days to activate WinXP after you install it. Lots of time to sort out your network issues. -Tom
