What if I hated MS and refused to use any of their products, but made the same posts to correct your misconceptions about product activation? Don't shoot the messenger. I'm not saying that you have to use MS software, or like it, or that it's good. I'm just saying that product activation does _not_ compromise your privacy. -Tom
