Slater, I had never heard of "Belarc Advisor", so I found its web site. I still don't fully understand how it helped in your situation. Could you explain? Also, what was it about all the buy-outs that triggered Microsoft's audit and your company's subsequent pay-out? Thanks! -Roy.
