The Pentium 4 is Not the Best For Integer Calculation
Note the SPECint_base2000 of 642 and the SPECint2000 of 663   for the Pentium4
2Ghz

The Athlon 1533   i.e  1800+  is 648 and 671  on the Spec int test.

This looks like only a small difference yet when you look at the results for the
Crafty Section of the Test 903   and 904   compared with  the P4's 648 and 646
For Crafty atleast The Athlons are better, Floating point is another matter AMD
need's to improve in this area!  Also In the Integer test's 12 in all the P4
only beat's the Athlon in :  gcc,mcf,parser, and gap.
