This far looks forced:
Rxf4 Rxh2 Rf3+ Kd4
leaving this:
[D]r5k1/ppp4p/3p3b/3Pn3/1n1KP1p1/1P3rP1/PBB1N2R/R2Q4 b - -

Chest says no mate in 9 at this point.  So there is no checkate in 22 ply from
the starting position, unless the suppled 4 ply is wrong.

I imagine that black will checkmate eventually, since black has a clear two pawn
or better advantage.  But I will be pretty amazed if any program solves it.
