Subject: Estimated Human Playing Strength

Forgive me if this has been asked recently, since I have not been a regular
visitor.  Here is my question:

If I wanted a good estimation of my ELO playing strength by playing a series of
tournament style games against a computer program with adjustable ELO playing
strength (like Fritz, Chessmaster, MCP8, Rebel, etc.), which program/engine(if
necessary)/version would most likely yield me the most realistic assessment of
my playing strength?
