I haven't heard a *single* complaint from a 95,98,ME user going to XP.

I also haven't heard of a *single* user going from 2k to XP.

I have XP. And I *know* it's faster in MOST of the applications I run, than my
Windows 2000. However, I am not ready to reformat my HD just yet. But when I
am, I will happily upgrade. (The only reason I have to reformat, is because I
use 2k Advanced Server. You can't upgrade from 2k A.S. to XP Pro.)
