This is the amended advancing pawns logic;

For queening pawns: If both pawns are unobstructed and do not pass through any
enemy-controlled squares and neither pawn gives check as it queens and if the
first pawn can't capture the 2nd pawn, then, from the point of view of advancing
pawns, this position is even.
