OK, being a stubborn cuss, I just tried to install Chessmaster 8000 in a Win98
box running inside VMWARE. It refused to install with the message:
- A Debugger has been detected
unload the debugger and try again.
This is the first time I've seen *any* program do this in VMWARE. I got onto the
VMWARE news group and others have seen the same thing.
What is causing this? Is it an attempt to prevent breaking copy protection?
Is there any way to use this program with VMware?
