I can load both the Fritz 7 (Standard) engine and the NoMMX-engine into Hiarcs
7.32, which is basically the same GUI. Do you have updated your Fritz 5.32-GUI?

Maybe it's an MMX related problem. Have you been able to use the Fritz 7 engine
in another GUI on the same computer?

It should work if the CPU has MMX (only very old CPUs don't).
