Everybody is allowed to use computers in the tournaments that I play.

Everyone knows that at the highest level of corr chess *everyone*

I used computer in all the games that I played but it is not considered to be
cheating.

But more important: how many corr games did you win because
>of a time claim from you?

I won no correspondence game because of time claim.
There was one case when my opponent(GM abir har aven) got warning but he lost
because of a forced mate and not because of a time claim.

The rules say 30 days for 10 moves but I need to believe the opponent about the
time that he got the mail because I have no way to check it.

In the case of har aven he used 32 days for 10 moves.
He got a warning and the rules say that if a player get a warning counting the
time begin again and only second warning is a loss so practically he had
30 days for moves 11-20 and he did not use more than 30 days for moves 11-20 so
I did not win on time.

Future championship of Israel in correspondence chess are going to be played
only by email.
