Hi Uri,

I think Gandalf is one of the 4/111 WinBoard engines which works fine with
ponder and WinBoard adapter under Chess-Base GUIs.

4 from 111 engines works fine with ponder after so many years.

- Gandalf
- Quark
- Patzer
- Yace

I cann't not write Gandalf is bad if my results are good, sorry!
Look in all from my databases which are available.

Maybe a reason is ponder.
I played all games with ponder the most other people without ponder.
I have not an other idea ...

Which of all top programs plays the most interesting and fastest games.
Search in my databases with x thousend games.

Look in test suites, or make a little statistics with the time for solve all the
problems in test suites.

I can make what I will, I have all the time the same results and can not say any
other things.

Best
Frank
