At this time it is unknown what causes this bug with Rated Games. Perhaps soon,
when we start doing our XP Compatibility testing, we will discover the problem
(assuming that it happens in XP as well).

However, this is the one bug that seems unavoidable for the people that it is
happening to. The only (complete stab in the dark) suggestion I have is to make
sure that your video card's drivers are updated.
