Maybe it is comander Keene To be the strongest player\program I think Tournaments are of great importance And the rating points scored in these tournaments should be included in the SSDF rating list. But then again I also think it is to early to make a real judgement about Fritz7 Which actualy counts into ways for the press and the rest of the world. Maybe it has the same bug as Junior7 The search methode can be too risky and this can be tweaked But I think Aswell as Franz as Amir have don this on purpuse For Human computer games So the program will not always play the same moves. With Junior7 I already have seen how more positions it played the better it handels these positions To win computer computer tournaments they should use the computer wich already was used for the test program program games Ofcourse preferably with the same time controls as used in the tournament. Myself I many times create a book from 1 line and let the programs play this opening several times with both colours.
