} 1. Nf3 d5 2. e3 Nf6 3. b3 Bf5 4. Bb2
Nbd7 {Black last book move} 5. c4 e5 {This pawn sacrifice is not justified.} 6.

puter program the pawn advance c4-c5 would have been a better choice. The way
White is playing, Black get the chance to open the centre and/or to bring his
pieces to active places.} 11... dxc4 12. bxc4 c5 13. d5 {Here, 13.0-0 with
development was perhaps more accurate. But I could not jump over my shadow in
creating a passed pawn.} 13... Qe5 14. Rc1 h6 15. O-O Rfe8 {It is true: Black
is a pawn down but his active placed pieces gives White a hard task to get the
advantage.} 16. h3 Ne4 17. Nxe4 Bxe4 18. Bd3 b5 {
I must admit that I had overseen this logical pawn thrust.} 19. Bxe4 Qxe4 20.

opportunity to exchange queens, but Chess Tiger's proposal 11.Qc4 was more
precise.} ({Chess Tiger 14.0:} 22. Qc4 Qf5 23. Rfd1 Qd7 24. Rxd5 Rxd5 25. a4

does not change my feeling that the game is probably draw.}) 31... Ra7 32.

I saw no win after 42.Rc7 g5 43.hxg5 fxg5 44.Kxg5 Rxf3} 42... Kf7 43. e5 fxe5+
44. Rxe5 Kg7 45. g4 hxg4 46. Kxg4 Rg2+ {
