Almost everything is available on the net..but you won't have the tech support and someone to go after if after you run your program and your computer crashes. At least you can harass chessbase or ed shroeder if something happens to your computer. I still haven't done that except sending some questions to chessbase' tech support which now I realized were stupid.( I still have to pull something of this sort on ed shroeder. the rebel 10 and the old chess tiger i bought from his company worked without any problems.) Who knows you might be downloading a super-virus? It's like trying to get across a river on a bridge that might collapse. It's like the unwritten laws when buying items at a garage sale..proceed at your own risk.
