Another option is either Chess Assistant 6.1, which comes with Chess Tiger 14,
and allows you to connect to ICC, or Rebel Tiger II (the Rebel version - same
engine - using the Chess Partner GUI) which allows you to connect to ICC as well
as FICS, Chess.Net, etc.

You can test all this before buying though.

Rebel Tiger - AFAIK it uses the Chess Partner GUI which can be downloaded for
