Can you imagine how much time I needed to write all that down even in German? It took several hours. Translating all that huge amount of text would also take much time I do not have. Sorry for that, everyone is free to find a translation site or to ignore these postings what is very easy because they can easily be identified by the (German text) hint in the thread's name.
