I dont think overclocking is an issue here. Excess heat would cause all kinds of problems. My lockups are in the endgame usually (in winning positions of course :-)) so I was guessing tablebase trouble or something like that. To overcome this I reboot every 5 or 6 games and that seems to help alot. Thanks for your input
