I did not check this position but if there is no tactics then
usually bishop is better than 3 pawns.

As a human player if I know that Deep fritz says = about bishop against 3 pawns
I take the bishop.

I believe that Deep fritz overevaluates pawns in these situations based on my
experience in correspondence games.
