Eran, at least three basic models for a supercomputer have been
demonstrated by using molecules. They work well. Some
theorists feel the use of photons will do better, while
others have trapped a single electron in a qubit model,
one which has the potential of computing a billion times
faster than the current supermodels. Though I would like
to meet the supermodel, Yasmeen Ghauri, who does not
necessarily compute fast by anyone's standards, but then
again, who cares if she can do math.
