That means: if you own an AMD processor, the cooler is AS important as the CPU,
because if the cooler stops, CPU is killed. :-(

In my case, I had to buy a new motherboard, because the cooler stopped; my
processor is an AMD-K7 Slot A - it did not die, but my MSI motherboard "burned".

This video from Tom's hardware shows that when running an Intel processor your
system is by far more secure against heat problems.
