i know lots here will have opinions on this one.
i play at chess.net, and ICC. both are computer accounts.
i win more than i lose.
the difference in my games and the comp accounts, are that i make all manual
moves. i have a different feel for my games because i move manually.
i am able to watch eval against humans and other programs.
i have noticed that against humans my eval is not steady at all, it fluctuates.
against programs my eval is usually steady, either close to 0, or slowly drops.
of course with pawns in endgame my eval will raise quickly if it is a won game.
here is a game i just played against a human account that i feel like was using
a program with strong hardware. also i watched him play other programs and it
seemed the same. equal material with no positional advantage through entire
game usually means program. he played each game i watched, to an endgame
position against programs.

check out this conversation we had. these are the typical questions i ask when
someone says they are not using a program. i think this conversation is a dead
giveaway, especially when he starts to brag on his overclocked pc. and check
out his answer about him being a master.
