This is not "Chess" but something else. I watched several 1-min games at the Fritz server, by players with 2100-2200 in F7 rating, and the main thing here was of course the time handeling, the strive for 0 sec moves by "dropping" the pieces. Those players blundered pieces all over the board and the performance was very far from anything that could be called "Chess", IMO. Lots of Hawkeye wannabees out there. Roland Schmaltz is a special character. He recently became GM, and has developed a tremendeous technic in bullet. With his special mouse he can easily make about 40 moves in 10 seconds. Combined with special patterns of setups + the sharp "Eye of the Hawk", his games show a very high quality, especially regarding the lightening speed. But "Chess"?, naaahh. Sune
