  I'd wait until knowing the number of players. Anyway, 8 rounds would be enough
for any number of players, and would fit more logically in 4 days (2 games per
day).

  I think 120 is ok, but I'd say 120 1. In case you fall into time trouble, you
have always 1 second. Note that the 1 second added per move would only add 2
minutes in a long 120 moves game.

  I've never understood why it is preffered to play odd number of games. You
can't play the same number of whites and blacks!!
