Oh, I overlooked that Black isn't forced to take the pawn on g7 and therefor can
achieve a drawn position like this:

[D]6k1/4b1P1/4K1P1/4BP2/8/8/8/8 w - - 19 78

If there isn't any study-like win, the position given by you sould be a drawn.
