First, it will use up to 6x the normal time limit trying to find the score
for the fail low and then a replacement move.

Second, an 800mhz machine will be about 1/3 (or so) slower than my machine.
IE compare 800mhz to 3.1 * 700mhz for a good comparison of the speeds.
