knight in the corner is more than 0.2

More logical is to say:a white knight on h1 is 2.2 pawns when white knight on
e5 is 3.2

I am not against big positional values and most programs use smaller positional
evaluation than the 1 pawn that I suggested but 3 pawns only for the square of
one piece is too much.
