None of these organizers had 1 second of thought for Americans. Whether that be operators, or people who just wanted to come. I am guessing that ICCA's bias comes from the fact that most computer chess programmers are from Europe. And that is *GREAT*. I can't wait to see Frans, or Mathias, or Christophe, or Ed's next column in the journal.
