Yes, this is most disappointing. Perhaps the ICCA tried to get the event held outside of Europe, I don't know. I'd like to hear their side of the story, or perhaps they don't consider it an issue??. Actually the timing and location of WCCC10 works out quite well for me as I intend to be in Europe at that time, so hopefully I might attend.
