right, its time for CCT-4!

I explain myself to take over the work for the CCT-4 Website.

I suggest 2 weekends.

11 round Swiss system 60min 10inc

Saturday 8.12  3 Rounds   10am 2pm 6pm (New York Server time)
Sunday   9.12  3 Rounds   10am 2pm 6pm (New York Server time)

Saturday 15.12 3 Rounds   10am 2pm 6pm (New York Server time)
Sunday   16.12 2 Rounds   10am 2pm     (New York Server time)
   (and time for possible playoffs by point equality)

playoffs blitz:  5 rounds 5min 3inc start at 6pm New York Server time

certified are programmers or authorized users
