There are Americans who help the ICCA in various odd ways. There aren't any American officers. However, I can't recall a time when there wasn't a Canadian officer, which is close enough. I'm not bothered that the event is not in America, I'm bothered that it's not in North America. And Canada is, last time I went up there, still in North America. What bothers me now is not so much that the event is not going to be in North America, but some of Tony Werten's other comments. bruce
