Thanks for stepping up to the plate. I've always appreciated your website and your work documenting the various tournaments. A possible rule for you to consider: disallow programs that do not have a record of online play, or are otherwise unknown. Otherwise, the tournament risks, at the least, a diminution of stature; and at most, being put in the "junk" category. Up to you as the organizer. I realize that you and others may think differently.
