Could be a matter of definition...
Rebel beat Anand (some games were high speed).
Anand has had a title of world champion.
Therefore, under one possible definition, it has already happened.

If you mean a long match of 40/2 games, then it's going to take a bucket of
money.  Make that two buckets.
