We're going to have a discussion about time controls, number of rounds, clock adjustment, who can operate, what a microcomputer is, and so on. I have been to most of these events, and I'm just as able as you to figure out that weird things happen at the events. I think that you might also agree that a discussion amongst likely participants, people who have all been there and all seen what happens at the events, is likely to do a lot of good. This is an attempt to formalize some stuff, and regardless of what else goes on, that can't be bad. bruce
