The main improvements were the addition of TOOT (thinking on opponent's
time) and also some enhancements to the evaluation function to take more
notice of open/half open files near the king (a suggestion of Bob
Hyatt's thank you Bob!). I also removed a bug that was pointed out to me
by Mark Taylor, which I might not have spotted myself for some time, as
it only occurred when an en passant capture occurred in the game.
