Martin Zentner volunteered to let me use his email list server thing. I was
going to take care of it yesterday, but then I saw the post from Tony Werten and
spent a day or so being enraged. I am calmer now.

Everyone who went to the last tournament will get an email explaining things, or
they can send me one at brucemo@seanet.com. In case you are wondering, you
qualify (even though you weren't there in person).

I will also go to some effort to figure out who has attended during the past few
years, who is not on the list from 2001 Maastrict, and attempt to include them.

Some of this isn't up to me. David Levy wanted to conduct the discussion via
email so that is what I will do, and he wanted the discussion broken down into
sections, so I've already created a topic list.

If someone thinks that they have a good chance of going to a future event,
thinks that they have some things to add to this discussion, and thinks that for
whatever reason I won't think to email them, they should please send me an email
explaining the situation and I'll try to get them added to the group.

I'm concerned about email volume driving away some participants so I want to be
careful how this is done.

I may create a parallel discussion in here and excerpt stuff and email it to the
list.
