Yep, ask any casino director where his profit comes from :)

I once have written a 10-line C program, it randomly generates a score
(1-0, 1/2-1/2, 0-1) and then starts counting. Results vary tremendously.

100 games: 70-30
200 games: 110-90
300 games: 150-150
400 games: 180-220
1000 games: 450-550

Run it again and you may get opposite results.

It is all possible testing 2 programs which are equal in strength.
