Qxe6+ Nxe6 Qxe6#
PV: Qxd7+ Qcxd7 Qxd7+ Qxd7 Q5xe6+ Qdxe6 Qgxe6+ Qxe6 Qhxe6+ Qxe6 Qfxe6+ Ndxe6
Qxe6+ Nxe6 Qxe6#
