First of all the ending is a disguised queen ending, 14 ply away.
I think a lot of programs will find the move 1. Kg3 just as an holding action.
The critical move is 2. Kh4!

And then 3. b4!
[D]8/8/6pp/p4k2/PP5K/8/7P/8 b - b3 0 3
Five man tablebases will tell the program that a queen trade draws. But will
they evaluate the position correctly, given that the white pawn is in an optimum
position at h2 (lots of stalemate resources).
