Yes it is. But I don't think it refuted a whole variation, only 18...Nd5.

Shredder's 18...e5 is interesting. Can white do better than a perpetual here?
I'll have a closer look at it.

There aren't many book holes in Fritz book .. -in fact it's the first one I
found ( and not even by myself ;-)).
